The vacation park borders directly on Lake Garda and features a restaurant with a lake view, a bar, a beautiful adult pool, and a children’s pool. From the pool and restaurant, you’ll enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of Lake Garda. The vacation village also features a mini-market, playground, Wi-Fi, a volleyball court, a small soccer field, table tennis, and a bocce court. Additionally, a mini-golf course and tennis courts are available for a fee just 300 meters away. The resort is particularly well-suited for families who prefer to do without organized activities and entertainment, ensuring relaxation and rest! Washing machines and dryers are also available. Sun loungers are provided free of charge for guests at the beach and by the pool (subject to availability). The resort offers a magnificent view of a 3-km-long pebble beach that stretches from the harbor in Dusano all the way to San Sivino. Dogs are not permitted anywhere in the resort.<br>The brick three-room vacation home, situated on a slightly elevated site, consists of a bedroom with a double bed—which can also be converted into two single beds—and another room with two single beds. The living area features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, pans, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom has a sink, shower stall, and toilet. The covered patio with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing, while the children can play on the playground. Two comfortable lounge chairs by the house are also included. Barbecues are permitted. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours. The houses are generously spaced throughout the property, meaning there is plenty of green space available. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type. <br>ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible.
