This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival.<br>This family-friendly accommodations are located in the comfortable Residenza Olivo, built in 2020, in the town of Garda. The vacation residence is situated in Garda, just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Lake Garda. Garda offers supermarkets, shopping, restaurants, bars, and entertainment options. The residence also features an attractive outdoor pool with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and an integrated hot tub for adults. For younger guests, there’s a children’s pool for splashing around. It has a great panoramic terrace that also features a communal grill. The residence has communal washing machines and dryers. It also has 2 charging stations for electric cars. There is also an elevator in the residence.<br>The elegant and bright two-room “Bilo Top” apartment is located on the first floor or on the first or second floor (assigned by the landlord), has a great view of the pool, and accommodates up to 4 people. (Upon request, an additional baby can be accommodated in a travel crib.) The bedroom, furnished with a double bed, features both air conditioning and a TV. If needed, the double sofa bed in the combined living and dining area provides two additional sleeping spots. The modern kitchenette is equipped with an induction stove with oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, cutlery, dishes and pots, an Italian espresso maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The living area also features air conditioning and another TV. The charming bathroom has a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a bidet. Depending on availability, the accommodation features either a furnished terrace or a balcony. Both are perfect for relaxing and spending time together while the children play by the pool and make new friends. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours. Note: If you need more than one unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several units of the same apartment type available.<br>CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for check-in and check-out dates, as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged. <br>BEACH<br>Just a short distance from the resort, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in Lake Garda or simply relax on one of the public beaches while your children play and make new friends.<br>POOL<br>Outdoors at the residence, a spacious pool area awaits you, featuring an integrated hot tub and a small children’s pool, providing the perfect refreshment on warm summer days and plenty of swimming fun for the whole family. Children can splash around in the children’s pool and really let off steam. A hot tub guarantees complete relaxation for adult guests. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for guests around the pool.<br>FAMILY-FRIENDLY<br>Enjoy wonderful moments with your family on the long pebble beaches of Lake Garda or have fun swimming—for young and old alike—in the residence’s outdoor pool. A crib and a high chair can be borrowed free of charge upon request (reservation required at the time of booking).<br>LEISURE AND SPORTS<br>The residence has its own fitness room as well as a great pool for swimming. You can also grill a delicious meal at the communal barbecue area. Outside the residence, the Lake Garda region offers a wide variety of sporting activities. You can enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing, and motorboating. The inland areas are perfect for cycling, mountain biking, horseback riding, tennis, and golf. Nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy on long hikes or trekking tours.<br>SHOPPING<br>The vacation residence is located not far from the historic center of Garda. There you’ll find supermarkets, small produce shops, fish markets, wonderfully fragrant bakeries, and wine
