The 60-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a two-story, four-unit building in a quiet setting on the outskirts of the Bad district in St. Peter-Ording. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the green marshlands of Eiderstedt. The surrounding area is perfect for peaceful, relaxing days and offers plenty of opportunities for long walks. The nearest shops and restaurants are located in the Bad district (approx. 1.5 km).

A closed stone staircase leads to the vacation apartment on the first floor.
The cozy living-dining area is furnished with a two-seater sofa, an armchair, a large satellite TV, a compact stereo system, and a DVD player. The round dining table offers plenty of space for leisurely meals. From here, you have access to the furnished balcony, which faces west and offers a beautiful view of the lush garden.
The open-concept kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a Philips Senseo coffee pod machine.
The combined living room and bedroom features a wardrobe, a smart TV, and a sleeper sofa (130 x 200).
An open staircase leads to the master bedroom, which features a bed (180 x 200), a sofa, an armchair, a large closet, and a children’s play area.
The modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine rounds out the space.

The bathroom and living area are heated by cozy underfloor heating.
