Upper Floor: In the sun-drenched living room, which faces southwest, a modern sofa arrangement and a cozy reading nook invite you to relax. A flat-screen TV (cable), DVD player, compact stereo system, and telephone are all included, as are unlimited calls to German landlines, unlimited internet access, and a Wi-Fi/DSL connection.
The fully integrated kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, making cooking a pleasure.
A dishwasher, a traditional coffee maker, and a Senseo coffee maker are all included, as is an exhaust hood with venting.
You’ll find a cozy spot for two—perfect for a quick break or to wind down after a sunny day at the beach—on the sheltered south-facing balcony.
From the living room, a door leads to the hallway with a staircase leading up to the bedrooms. Here you’ll also find one of the two spa-style bathrooms, featuring a large glass shower, a toilet, towel and floor heating, as well as a built-in closet that offers space for your belongings.

Another room with two built-in single beds (80x200) is located across the hall. Summer and winter blankets are provided.

A washer and dryer are located in the house. A covered parking space is, of course, included.
