When you enter the “Landhaus Hooge,” you’ll find a spacious, high-quality living area. From the living and dining area, you’ll have a view of the fireplace, which makes for cozy evenings during the darker months of the year. The kitchen features an open layout and is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. From the living room, you can step out onto your furnished, private terrace with an adjoining garden. On the first floor, you’ll also find a guest bathroom with a toilet and shower.

The upper floor of the house features a bedroom with a double bed, ample closet space, and a Samsung flat-screen TV. On this floor, you’ll also find a luxurious bathroom with a tub, integrated shower, and toilet. The upper floor also includes another bedroom, likewise furnished with a double bed. In the attic of the house, you’ll find another room with two single beds and a flat-screen TV.

The country house is quietly located in Westerland, the heart of the island of Sylt. From here, you can easily set out on excursions to other towns on the island or take a stroll through Westerland’s pedestrian zone.

This is a non-smoking property where pets are welcome. You’ll find a parking space right next to the house.

The first floor and upper level of the house offer approximately 105 m² of living space for up to six people

Ground Floor: Living area with couch and dining area, Samsung flat-screen TV with DVD player and iPod dock, Wi-Fi, and wood-burning stove. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, and drip coffee maker. Guest restroom with shower. South-facing garden with a patio, patio furniture, and a beach chair (available from approximately April through October).

Upper Floor: Room with a double bed (approx. 2x2m) and a Samsung flat-screen TV. Bathroom with a tub/integrated shower and toilet. Another room with 2 single beds (approx. 80 x 1.8 m).

Top floor: One room with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV.
