The bright, inviting living area, featuring a terrace facing the sunny south side, is furnished with a dining table, a comfortable sleeper sofa (which can accommodate two people), an armchair, a flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player, a radio/CD player, and a modern kitchenette. The kitchenette is fully equipped so you can comfortably cook for yourself when you’re not out dining at one of the island’s highly recommended restaurants. In addition to a 4-zone ceramic cooktop with oven and range hood, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, you’ll also find a kettle, a toaster, a drip coffee maker, a Tassimo coffee machine, and, of course, all the necessary cooking and dining utensils.


The separate bedroom features a double bed with Visco comfort-profile cold-foam mattresses and a closet for your vacation wardrobe. The en suite bathroom features a shower/toilet, sink, mirror, and a hair dryer.


The floors of your vacation rental are either tiled or covered with modern vinyl flooring in a light oak finish.

Apartment 01 can accommodate up to 4 people. Your well-behaved dog is also very welcome here upon prior registration and for a fee. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, smoking is not permitted indoors.
