The proximity to the most famous attractions and the central location of the flat is a great advantage - you can easily plan an excursion or make the flat your base. The Palace of Culture and Science is within walking distance, as is the green Ujazdowski Park and the famous Złote Tarasy shopping centre. The Warsaw Central Railway Station is also only a fifteen-minute walk away. The neighbourhood is well connected to the rest of the city. The distance to the nearest metro station (Centrum) takes only seven minutes. The Hoża 01 tram stop is located opposite the building, while the Hoża 02 bus stop is only a few dozen metres away.

It is an ideal option for large groups or families - the flat is able to accommodate as many as 8 people and has an area of 65m2. There are three bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed. Additional accommodation is provided in the living room on a sofa bed capable of accommodating two people. You can prepare a delicious meal thanks to the induction hob located in the kitchenette. An oven is also available, and there is no need to worry about tedious dishwashing as the flat has a dishwasher. During warmer days, delicious coffee can be enjoyed on the balcony belonging to the flat. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a set of free toiletries is provided to welcome you. The washing machine is located in the hall wardrobe. The flat is suitable for those working remotely - a desk can be found, and access to a high-speed WiFi connection is an added bonus.
