We’re just a 500-meter walk from the bus station, 50 meters from the grocery store, and 600 meters from the city center.
The Flat Deluxe offers free Wi-Fi even on the spacious terrace, the barbecue terrace, and the chill-out lounge terrace with an outdoor hot tub. The entire area spans approximately 300 m² and serves as a feel-good oasis. These feel-good oases are equipped with LED ambient lighting. Villa Marica features 10 individually fully equipped apartments, each of which includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator, air conditioning, satellite TV, an adjustable bed, and a dining table.
