We’re located right on Crikvenica Beach, just 30 meters from the free, child-friendly section of the beach, which is equipped with inflatable play structures, children’s trampolines, restaurants, beach bars, beach volleyball, and a soccer field.<br>We’re just a 500-meter walk from the bus station, 50 meters from the grocery store, and 600 meters from the city center.<br>The Flat Deluxe offers free Wi-Fi even on the spacious terrace, the barbecue terrace, and the chill-out lounge terrace with an outdoor hot tub. The entire area spans approximately 300 m² and serves as a feel-good oasis. These feel-good oases are equipped with LED ambient lighting.
