Our high-quality vacation apartment for up to 6 people welcomes you with modern interior design and first-class amenities.

Start your day with a delicious NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the amenities of this apartment as well as everything the surrounding area has to offer—because you’re right in the heart of Dresden.

To ensure you get a great night’s sleep, a cozy king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and hotel-quality bedding await you. For the 3rd through 6th guest, two additional comfortable queen-size beds (1.60 x 2.00 m) are available.

Enjoy modern amenities such as underfloor heating, high-speed fiber-optic internet, and a smart TV with streaming options.
For business travelers, we offer a fully equipped workspace with a desk, monitor, mouse, and keyboard—perfect for working from home while on the go!

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, and everything you need to cook delicious meals.

There are two bathrooms available—one with a refreshing shower and a relaxing bathtub, and one with a toilet and sink. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials, such as shower gel, shampoo, and other amenities.

The building meets the latest safety standards and is fully accessible. We also offer underground parking spaces, bike storage, and a playground for our younger guests in the courtyard.

Guest access:
You have the entire apartment to yourself. Make yourself at home!

The neighborhood:
Our apartments are located right in the heart of downtown Dresden and directly adjacent to the pedestrian zone, with all shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. It doesn’t get any more central than this.

Getting around:
The “Dresden Postplatz” stop is right in front of our building.

You can reach the main train station in 10 minutes by tram or in 16 minutes on foot.
You’re also right in the heart of downtown, and numerous attractions are within easy walking distance. For guests arriving by car, we offer an underground parking space right in the building.

The “FitONE” gym and the REWE supermarket are directly accessible from the building.
