From the upper floor, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea from every window. A lovely covered terrace overlooking the sea is ideal for outdoor barbecues, dining, and enjoying a good glass of wine. The property is fenced and equipped with an electric gate. Parking is available on the property. Please note that the vacation home is accessible via a dirt road (approximately 500 meters).
Amenities: The furnishings are new and tastefully decorated. Central heating is available.
First floor: living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, dining table for 6 people, small kitchen, bathroom with shower. Upper floor: 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds (double bed available upon request), bathroom with shower.

To be paid on site: security deposit of €200. Water and electricity included. Final cleaning to be done by guests (otherwise, a fee will be charged).
Bath and bed linens optional at €10 per person. Heating charged based on usage.
