Located in one of the best neighborhoods on Mykonos, Houlakia offers a peaceful retreat just 15 minutes from Mykonos Town and 20 minutes from the airport. Discover the beautiful nearby beaches, visit world-famous beach clubs like Alemagou and Scorpios, which are just a short distance away, and enjoy authentic Greek cuisine at traditional taverns in the area. Supermarkets and pharmacies are also conveniently nearby.

Our villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and features a main house and an adjacent guest house. With 5 queen-size bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an additional half-bath, 2 outdoor showers, and 3 kitchens, it offers unparalleled comfort. The main house features a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms (including one en suite) are located in the main house, while the guest house features two additional spacious bedrooms with ocean views and en suite bathrooms, as well as an indoor and outdoor kitchen. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. High-speed Starlink Wi-Fi is also available and provides full coverage in all rooms and throughout the outdoor area. Screens for a home office are available upon request. This means the villa is also ideal for working from home.

The outdoor area consists of several terraces with an infinity pool and a garden area. Start your day with exercise and meditation on the separate yoga terrace. The entire outdoor area offers unobstructed views of the sea and the beautiful sunsets, while being well sheltered from the wind. An outdoor kitchen with a charcoal grill and an additional gas grill offer a culinary experience, complemented by two dining areas, cozy lounge furniture, and sun loungers. Enjoy the Greek summer with plenty of shade options! The entire property is beautifully landscaped with olive trees, cacti, and bougainvillea.
There is secure parking for up to 3 cars right outside the front door. Additional parking spaces are available above the guest house if needed. The villa is equipped with a state-of-the-art alarm system.

Our dedicated caretakers, Agron and his wife Argjenda, are always at your service and can arrange services such as transfers (e.g., airport transfers), cooking, barbecuing, and cleaning (for an additional fee). For a rental period of 7 days, the rental price already includes final cleaning as well as an additional cleaning.
