This beautiful, well-maintained, and very bright vacation apartment with a wonderful ocean view is located in a small apartment complex in San Agustín, in the south of Gran Canaria. The large balcony spans the entire width of the living and dining area, and a sliding glass door and floor-to-ceiling windows leading to the balcony offer a constant view of the ocean. The apartment features a separate bedroom, a fully equipped open-concept kitchenette, an entryway with a large built-in closet, and a bathroom with a large shower. On particularly hot days, the air conditioning comes in handy. And, of course, the complex has a private pool. San Agustín is a small resort town in the south of Gran Canaria; while, like all towns in the south of the island, it has a tourist-oriented atmosphere, it is free of mass tourism. You won’t find any large hotel chains here. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation, San Agustín is the perfect place for you. From the apartment, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beautiful beach promenade and the large “Playa de San Agustín” located there. The promenade runs along the coast all the way to the famous natural sand dune of Maspalomas. The small, rocky “Playa del Pirata” is also just a short walk away. Numerous restaurants and well-stocked supermarkets for daily needs are located in the immediate vicinity. The bus stop, from which buses travel further south, to the airport, inland, and to the capital, Las Palmas, is also just a few minutes’ walk away.
