We received the gift of Margo surviving cancer in 2020 and since then we make the most of every day. We are grateful for our health and enjoy sharing the our Gulf front home on Panama City Beach, Florida (check out our reviews there) and now our pool/hot tub home in Austin, Texas.

We love the quiet, tree-lined streets with sidewalks, the frequent sightings of deer, friendly neighbors and proximity to so much that Austin has to offer! Close to 183 N, yet not so close that we hear the traffic. Close to everything, but away from the noise.

Our one story home was built in the 1970s makes easy living a breeze. We recently remodeled the entire house and absolutely LOVE the quartz countertops, since they remind of the sand on a beach. The large island, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and view of the hot tub waterfall splashing into the pool from the center of the kitchen create a luxurious experience. The open layout makes gathering for cooking, enjoying meals, watching movies and play games easy and fun. The large wooden farm table provides room for 8, while the generous seating around two sides of the island accommodates another 5. Another large dining table with plenty of chairs means dining al fresco is a breeze. We've provided several games and puzzles for guests to enjoy in the living room cabinet.
