We are a young family and look forward to welcoming you to our vacation rental. <br>The vacation rental is quietly and centrally located in a residential area bordering a forest. The apartment is approximately 75 m² in size, is located on the second floor of our home, and offers space and sleeping accommodations for up to 6 people. It consists of a kitchen-diner with a dining table that seats up to 6 people. From the dining table, you have a direct view of the Kluterthöhle National Natural Monument. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartments, a kettle, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, and a ceramic cooktop with an oven.<br>The living room invites you to relax with a large sofa and a fireplace. Firewood is provided free of charge. A flat-screen TV with a DVD player is also available for your use.<br>There are also two bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed (160 x 200 cm). The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a lower bunk measuring 140 x 200 cm and an upper bunk measuring 80 x 200 cm.<br>In addition, there is plenty of space in this room to set up a fold-out bed with a full-size mattress measuring 80 x 200 cm. <br>As a child-friendly apartment, we also provide all the necessary equipment for babies and toddlers, such as a travel crib, high chair, stroller, and even a rocking horse with a tent. The apartment also features a play area with books and toys for the little ones. If you’re using your stay with us for work, a desk and high-speed Wi-Fi are available.<br><br>Dogs are allowed by arrangement.<br>Since we also live in the house, we’re happy to assist with any questions or provide tips for outings, but we ask that you observe quiet hours starting at 10 p.m.<br>For an additional fee, you can also charge an electric car right at the house.<br>You’re welcome to use the washer and dryer.<br><br>As environmentally conscious hosts, we heat the entire house with renewable energy.<br><br>By prior arrangement, a linens package (towels, bed linens) can be booked on-site for €10 per person.<br>
