On the first floor, the entryway leads into a spacious living/dining room and a new, modern kitchen installed in 2021. A guest restroom is also available.
On the first floor, you’ll find the master bedroom with a double bed, a children’s room with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, and an exterior window.
The converted attic studio offers two additional single beds.
The first floor is equipped with ceramic tile flooring, while the bedrooms feature high-quality carpeting.
The well-maintained south-facing terrace offers you an oasis of peace and relaxation.
