Inside, you'll be welcomed by soaring cathedral ceilings, exposed beams, and an impressive wall of windows that frame breathtaking mountain views and fill the home with natural light. The open concept living area is warm and inviting, featuring a large sectional sofa, a pellet stove, and a 65-inch Smart TV with a sonos playbase for streaming and airplay with Hifi sound. Hardwood flooring extends throughout the main living area and bedrooms, complemented by a large wool area rug that creates a warm gathering space.



The beautifully updated kitchen features new cabinetry, countertops, hardware, an electric range, refrigerator, and everything needed to prepare meals for your group. -Approximately 6 cars can fit in driveway.

-Plenty of additional parking available on the access trail that leads to the house.

-Please store skis in the large shed, which is equipped with ski and bike racks, lighting, electricity, and outlets. No skis permitted in th house

-Ski boots may be stored inside the house, but we ask that they are not worn inside the house and preferably be put on in the shed or driveway to help protect the floors.

-Bring your furry friend, one dog is allowed. $50 per stay. Dog must be at least one year old, sorry no puppies!

-One flight of stairs to the front door, however there is a ground floor entrance for those with limited mobility with no stairs.

-Full size washer and dryer for your convenience

THE HOT TUB

Relax and let your worries melt away in our hot tub! We clean and maintain the hot tub regularly, so don't forget your bathing suit. You must agree to the hot tub disclosure after booking for us to have it ready for you.



PELLET STOVE

Enjoy the warmth and ambiance of the pellet stove during your stay! Guests who would like to use it simply need to review the proper-use instructions and complete a quick waiver. Once acknowledged, access to the key will be provided.



PETS

Bring your furry friends, two dogs are allowed. $50 per dog per stay. Dogs must be at least one year old, sorry no puppies!



No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart. Damage caused by pets is not covered by the accidental damage waiver.
