This beautiful, like-new ISA houseboat is moored in the peaceful Heiligenhafen Ortmühle marina and welcomes you with its very special charm.

Spend every day of your vacation right on the water, with an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea and the surrounding nature.

The houseboat features a living area of approximately 36 m² as well as a large, fully usable sun deck of approximately 40 m².

It is equipped with 2 bedrooms:
The first bedroom is located in the entryway and features a cozy double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and its own TV.
The second bedroom is in a separate room next door and features a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) on the bottom and a bunk bed (80 cm x 200 cm) on top.

The spacious living area, with an integrated kitchen and dining table, offers plenty of room for up to 5 people.

On the terrace, which is accessible from the living area, you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea, or host a delicious barbecue in the evening right on board.

The shower room is equipped with a walk-in shower and extra-wide doors. This is the only room with underfloor heating. The houseboat has a 60-liter hot water boiler (so hot water is available in limited quantities based on usage).
The toilet is in a separate room next door.

Mobile Wi-Fi with limited bandwidth is available on board. There is a TV in the living area and in the first bedroom.

A special attraction for the kids or the whole family is the illuminated floor-to-ceiling window in the living area. Here, you can observe the underwater world.

The entire upper deck is fully accessible. A private beach chair, cozy pallet furniture, and lounge chairs are available for relaxing. From here, you have an unobstructed view of the sea and the activity in the harbor.
