Centrally located yet quiet, with a view of the countryside, it offers every opportunity to enjoy the Chiemgau region. In December, numerous Christmas markets in the area invite you to visit.<br> The modern 40-square-meter studio is located in a traditional residential building that is over 100 years old. Windows on three sides let in light at any time of day. The wooden ceiling and the tasteful furnishings guarantee a cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped, functional kitchenette—complete with an exhaust fan, dishwasher, and oven—has everything you need for cooking and dining. There is a dining area both in the living room and on the terrace. The modern, light-filled bathroom features a walk-in shower and a heated towel rack. A double bed (160 cm) and a sofa with an ottoman invite you to relax. A spacious terrace, perfect for leisurely breakfasts and cozy summer evenings with a view of the greenery, provides additional living space. The studio is smoke-free; this also applies to the terrace. The parking space (Apartment 1) is located behind the house and is accessible via Dr.-Otto-Eyrich-Straße. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored under the terrace.<br> You’ll be staying in a rural vacation destination with many great shopping options, cafes, restaurants, and a movie theater within walking distance. The supermarkets are just a 10-minute walk away. A farm stand vending machine selling eggs, dairy products, and meat and sausage products is located 200 meters away and is open 24/7.<br> Gudrun lives where others go on vacation.
