This recently completed 6-person detached holiday home with sauna is located in a Bungalow Park Dirkshoeve, a quiet and spacious park near the coast. This is the ideal place to completely relax. This villa has a beautiful location surrounded by forest, dunes, sea and beach.

Through the spacious entrance, where there is a separate toilet, you reach the spacious and bright living room. This has several French doors, one of which opens to the south-facing terrace. The very luxurious open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, combination microwave and dishwasher. On the ground floor there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. This has a walk-in shower and a sink. The luxurious 2-person infrared sauna is located in this bedroom. The indoor storage room can be reached via the hall. You reach the first floor via a staircase in the hall, the spacious landing has a storage room. The second bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe space. The third bedroom has two single beds, hanging shelves and a cupboard. On the landing there is the second bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and wall-mounted toilet. There is also a separate toilet. In short, everything is here for a carefree and relaxing stay.

In the living room there is a large TV / home cinema with a screen of 65 inches (165 cm). The TV is easy to connect to the telephone, German channels are also available.

The house has already been completed and meets the latest requirements. The entire house is very well insulated, equipped with solar panels and a heat pump installation. The heat pump can be used for both cooling and heating, which is great for both summer and winter! The entire house is cooled/heated with underfloor heating. The rooms are equipped with thermostats that allow you to easily regulate the temperature per room.
