Enjoy a wonderful getaway in our comfortable vacation apartment in the idyllic Baltic Sea resort of Binz!<br><br>You can spend wonderfully relaxing hours in the bright and open living area, which features a couch, TV, and a small stereo system. It’s the perfect spot to watch an exciting movie, listen to music, or read a vacation mystery novel. Free Wi-Fi is available for browsing the web on your smartphone.<br><br>The vacation apartment’s open kitchenette is perfectly equipped for hot breakfast eggs, a snack between meals, or a delicious dinner. It features, among other things, a 2-burner ceramic stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Coffee lovers can choose between a classic coffee maker and a fully automatic capsule machine.<br><br>When the sun sets on Rügen, a comfortable double bed (2 m x 1.80 m) awaits you in the separate bedroom. Of course, blackout curtains are provided to ensure a restful night’s sleep.<br><br>The furnished balcony of the vacation rental also offers wonderful relaxation! Enjoying the Baltic Sea air here and sitting together comfortably is the perfect vacation experience. <br><br>A few children’s toys and a high chair are standard features in this family-friendly vacation rental. There’s also a small playground for our little guests in the residential complex. An outdoor parking space and storage facilities for bicycles and strollers are available. Pets are not allowed; we appreciate your understanding. This is also a non-smoking property. The complex is situated on the sunny Klünderberg (more of a hill with a 12% incline) and offers a picturesque view of “Schmachter See.” <br><br>The residential complex in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz is very well-maintained and spacious. It’s located in the heart of Binz yet in a beautiful, quiet setting, as no through roads disturb the peaceful vacation atmosphere. <br><br>After about a ten-minute walk, you’ll find yourself on the shopping and strolling promenade. From the residential complex, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the promenade, or a 5-minute bike ride. Spending a sunny day at the beach, getting active, or sipping a cool cocktail at one of the beach bars offers the ultimate vacation experience!<br><br>The location of the “Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg” is ideal for beach and nature lovers alike, as well as for active vacationers. The Granitz forests with their hiking trails, the “RASENDER ROLAND” stop, and the tennis courts are all in the immediate vicinity. For our younger guests, there is a small, freely accessible playground in the Wohnpark.
