With a spacious 37 m², this cozy mezzanine apartment offers plenty of room for up to 2 people. Amenities include a flat-screen TV, so you can catch up on your favorite shows even while on vacation. The fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare a delicious dinner.


Villa San Marino’s location is ideal for a beach vacation, as the beach is just a few meters away. The center of Heringsdorf is also only 160 m away, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and other recreational options.


To ensure that you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation to the fullest right from the start, we’ve already made up the bed for you and your travel companions and laid out shower and hand towels.


In the living room, an extra bed is available for a toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. You can add the travel crib to your reservation for a fee.


A free parking space right next to the house, access to the sauna area (mid-September through mid-May in the adjacent building), a shared bike storage room in the adjacent building, and free Wi-Fi are available to you during your stay and round out the comfort of this apartment. A washing machine and dryer in the adjacent building are available for a fee.






A special bonus: With your spa pass, you can ride the Kaiserbäderline buses within the Ostseebad Heringsdorf municipal area for free. Simply leave your car behind and explore the Kaiserbäder at your leisure. Another very special experience is the hop-on-hop-off boat from Bansin to Świnoujście (Poland), which you can use for free between the pier from April through October.
