This charming, newly built (2023) thatched-roof house on the Schlei Terraces offers space for up to four people and is perfect for a relaxing vacation in the Schlei town of Kappeln, providing a tranquil atmosphere.
The semi-detached house extends over three floors and, in addition to two bedrooms and an open gallery, features a light-filled living and dining area with access to the terrace, as well as two bathrooms.
On the ground floor, you'll find the open-plan living and dining area with a comfortable seating area and a fireplace. Adjacent to this is the dining area and the open-plan, modern kitchen. Also located on the ground floor is a bathroom with natural light and a walk-in shower.
On the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a large double bed (180x200cm) and the other with two double beds (160x200cm each). Here you'll also find the bathroom with a bathtub and an additional walk-in XXL shower.
From the first floor, you can access the gallery on the second floor, a cozy retreat with views of the Schlei.
The house has a carport for convenient parking. Adjacent to the carport is a lockable storage room where you can safely store your bicycles.
