A beautiful family friendly home on a peaceful one-acre corner lot in Trenton, GA! This spacious 4 bed/2.5 bath home features a blend of modern and coastal décor and sleeps 13 people! The large backyard will be a highly frequented space during your stay, as it includes a grill with ample patio seating, a large dining table, a huge handmade Adirondack chair, a fire pit and a hot tub! Inside you can enjoy the two living spaces and all the entertainment and games this property provides.

Our Favorite Things About Lake Hills Landing

From the charming and vibrant aqua door that greets you upon entering this beautiful retreat, to the breath-taking backyard space, there is so much that we love about this property! The gigantic blue chair outside is a great addition to this property and will make for some awesome photos with your loved ones. The kitchen is sure to meet all of your needs during your stay, as well as the comfortable living area with a large sectional couch, and the second living space that includes a PacMan Arcade Game! There are five TV’s in total in this home, one in each living area, and in three of the bedrooms. This home is very family friendly and offers Pack N' Plays and a high chair.



Home Layout

As you enter the home, the entryway brings you to the base of the stairs. To the left is the living area with a television and large sectional couch. To the right is the Master bedroom with a King bed, full bathroom and double sink vanity. Back through the living room, you will enter the kitchen and see the large dining room table with bench-style seating, and the laundry room and half bathroom just off of this space. From the kitchen, is access to the backyard where you’ll find the shaded patio, porch seating, grill, and fire pit. As you make your way upstairs, you’ll find the second comfortable living space at the top of the landing. Here you will find the PacMan Arcade, and access the rest of the bedrooms. The bedroom closest to the stairway has a King bed, the far left bedroom has three twin-sized beds, and the bedroom to the right of the stairs has two queen beds. The large closet in this bedroom also has a twin trundle bed. With our accommodations and careful attention to detail, you are sure to feel at home during your stay at Lake Hills Landing!



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole entire home.

Other Things to Note:

This spacious home is located in a very quiet neighborhood five minutes from Downtown Trenton, GA or 25 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga, TN. This property is on a private one-acre corner lot.



In the winter, you may hear the road noise while outside because Interstate I-24 is a quarter mile away. There are noise machines and ear buds that we happily provide during your stay! There is a cemetery nearby which makes for a quiet friendly neighborhood.



The lakes in the aerial photos are on private property.



Trundle bed shown in pictures is in the master bedroom spacious closet.



EV charger in garage (Level 2-16 amps)



Property has surveillance cameras on the exterior of the home. One in the driveway and a ring camera on the front door.



Hot Tub:

Hot tub cleaning and quality is very important and it’s some thing that we take very seriously in between guest reservations.  If the hot tub has to be dumped on a turnover day when the property is booked back-to-back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps again. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster. Health and safety for our guests is very important to us. You will need to bring your own hot tub towels if you plan on using the hot tub!



Lady Bugs:

You may see some lady bugs in or around the home. Majority of the homes in the area have them. To stay ahead of this, we are on preventative monthly pest control maintenance for all of our properties. If you see any, they are completely harmless!



Parking:

There is room to park one vehicle in the garage and four vehicles on the driveway.
