This 3-room vacation apartment offers 87 m² of spacious living space for up to 4 people. Enjoy your Baltic Sea vacation in the heart of the seaside resort of Boltenhagen at Haus Seeschwalbe. Your vacation home, featuring a south-facing rooftop terrace, is located on the 3rd floor of the building and spans two levels. The apartment is well laid out with 2 bedrooms, a living and dining area, a kitchen, a guest restroom, and a shower room. The beach is only about 100 m from Haus Seeschwalbe.

The vacation apartment’s rooftop terrace is furnished and accessible from the living room. Two awnings are provided for sun protection. The living and dining area is furnished with upholstered furniture and includes a dining set. A Smart TV with a sound system (Bluetooth connectivity) provides entertainment. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can use the induction stove with 2x2 adjustable cooking zones and an oven, as well as a microwave, to prepare your meals. Of course, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment and a dishwasher are also provided.

After a day at the beach, relax in the first bedroom on a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and in the second bedroom on two single beds (100 x 200 cm). You’ll find space for your vacation clothes in a closet and a dresser. The bedroom windows are fitted with tightly closing Velux roller shades for privacy. You’ll find an additional TV in the first bedroom.

The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. This vacation rental includes a washing machine, a high chair, and a crib. The living and dining areas feature hardwood floors, while the bedrooms have carpet. The shower room, guest bathroom, and kitchen area are tiled. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is included.

The sunny apartment building is very centrally located. Several shopping options are in the immediate vicinity. The Seeschwalbe building has an underground parking garage and an elevator. There is a free, open bicycle parking space (No. 16) in the underground garage.
