If you love peace and relaxation but still don’t want to miss out on the vibrant Greek lifestyle—with restaurants, taverns, live music, and a friendly atmosphere—as well as the stunning swimming coves in the immediate vicinity, you’ll feel right at home with us.
Our house was completed in 2023 and is located above Kokkari, on a quiet cul-de-sac with views of the village, the mountains, and the sea. From here, you can set out directly on many hiking trails. Idyllic mountain villages, spectacular coastal hikes, and shaded paths through the Nightingale Valley or to the Potami Waterfalls offer impressive nature and hiking experiences in every season.
The house has two separate apartments, one of which is offered here as a vacation rental measuring approximately 75 square meters with a large separate terrace. Both the daytime view of the Aegean Sea and the often spectacular Samiotian night sky allow you to unwind and relax. The garden is also available to our guests and offers many inspiring retreats.
Kokkari, located by the sea and about a 20-minute walk away, is a quaint, typical Greek village with countless restaurants, bars, and shops.
The nearest swimming cove (Lemonakia Beach) is about 400 meters away and is also easily accessible on foot. Many other stunning coves (pebble beaches) are located in the immediate vicinity. A rental car is recommended.
The drive from the airport takes half an hour; Samos Town is 11 km away.
