The resort is located in Ustronie Morskie, within the Natura 2000 program area, in the immediate vicinity of the beach (20 m). The complex features, among other amenities, a fitness room, various saunas, a hot tub, as well as a children’s playroom and a playground (available free of charge to guests).

The building is equipped with an elevator and an underground parking garage (for a fee). The area surrounding the building is fenced in and equipped with surveillance cameras and an intercom system.

The apartments blend harmoniously into the coastal surroundings. A large green space surrounding the complex, quiet resting areas, and a spacious children’s playground create a unique atmosphere and form an oasis for children. Active people and seniors will also find a peaceful retreat and a cozy place to relax here.

The tourist tax is not included in the price. It must be paid in cash at the local office on the day of check-in.
A refundable security deposit of PLN 300 will be collected on site.

To check in before arrival, you must complete the following online procedures: Signing an internal rental agreement, paying the remaining rental balance (if only a portion has been paid), the cleaning fee, security deposit, and tourist tax, etc., as well as any additional fees selected by the guest (e.g., parking for stays with a dog).
At select properties, you can access the apartment using a code at the door or a key dispenser. The code will be provided on the day of check-in after the formalities have been completed. You will receive information about key pickup a few days before your arrival. If key pickup takes place at the local office, please contact us by phone to arrange the pickup (at least 24 hours before your arrival).
