The living area is furnished with a spacious sofa set, dining area, cabinets, cable TV, and access to the southeast-facing terrace.
The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave & standard kitchen appliances.
The three bedrooms are well-equipped with wardrobes, dressers, and ample storage space. The first bedroom has a French double bed (2m x 1.40m). The second bedroom has a double bed (2m x 1.60m), and the upper floor features a large double bed (2 mattresses, each 1 m x 2 m). Blackout curtains are provided. The house has two bathrooms.
The basement has a washing machine and a dryer.
There is also a freezer.

Wi-Fi is available. Parking is available at the house. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace.
During the renovation, care was taken to use low-VOC paints and materials to ensure a healthy indoor environment.
