The vacation rental features a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has natural light and is equipped with a bathtub, towels, a hair dryer, hand soap, and toilet paper. The 40-square-meter living area is divided into a kitchen and dining area. Here you’ll find a kitchenette with a stove, range hood, and refrigerator; a pull-out dining table; a high chair; a capsule coffee maker; an electric kettle; and vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Under the sink, there is a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher. The living room area features a large sofa, as well as an additional bed (90–180 cm), a large flat-screen TV with cable, and Wi-Fi. There is a small workspace with a desk. Although the apartment is located in the basement, it has large windows, making it very bright. The view looks out onto the unused but very well-maintained neighboring garden.
