There's a washer and dryer on site too, which matters more than it sounds like it does after a muddy hike or a rained-on afternoon at a brewery patio.

The location is the part guests underestimate. You're right along the French Broad, with the greenway and riverside paths close enough for a morning walk and the River Arts District just down the road — a stretch of old industrial buildings turned working studios, galleries, and taprooms where you can spend an entire afternoon and only cover half of it. Downtown Asheville is minutes away for dinner, live music, and the bookshops and bars along Lexington Avenue. The Biltmore Estate is a short drive, and the Blue Ridge Parkway puts overlooks, waterfalls, and trailheads within easy reach when you want the mountains up close instead of on the horizon.

Come back at the end of a long day, drop your things, and take the balcony one more time before bed. That's what this house is for.
