The North Sea beach, about 800 meters away, is an easy 10-minute walk. Here, restaurants and cafés invite you to enjoy the sunset with a view of the Wadden Sea. Walks or bike rides in the nearby Wernerwald forest or to the neighboring resort towns of Duhnen, Döse, and Cuxhaven offer additional opportunities for relaxation.

Visitor’s tax
As a landlord or agency, we are obligated to collect the applicable tourist tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the nightly rate for handling and processing the transaction.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.
We provide the following amenities for each guest:
- a cleaning cloth
- three dishwasher tablets
- two trash bags/ reusable bags
- one dish towel
- one roll of toilet paper
