This beautiful Villa Zanetta is located in the small village of Marasi, just 15km from Porec. It has a beautiful sea view and is in a quiet location.

The villa has a large, fenced and carefully maintained garden with a private pool and offers the best conditions for a relaxing family holiday.

The villa can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 comfortably furnished bedrooms. Villa is also pet friendly for up to 2 companions for additional cost od 10 EUR per day. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

The ground floor features a cozy and spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining area. From the ground floor you have direct access to the large, carefully maintained garden with private pool and an outdoor dining area with barbecue. Whether you just want to relax on one of the sun loungers or enjoy freshly prepared grilled meals while your children play around without a care in the world.

The children's playground is right next to the villa.

There is a covered outdoor dining area with a spacious table and chairs where guests of the villa can enjoy a delicious meal. The charming Villa Zaneta is the ideal choice for anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday and offers you everything to enjoy your holiday season to the fullest.

Marasi is a small village 15 km from Porec. Shops and restaurants are just a few kilometers from the villa. If you enjoy hiking, cycling and horse riding, the beautiful landscape awaits you. Porec is Istria's tourist hotspot with a rich cultural heritage. Toller Urlaub in der Villa Zanetta

Ein wunderschönes, neues und modernes Haus mit schöner, geräumiger Terrasse und Pool im großem Garten. Ruhige Lage im Dorf. Direkt ggü. ist ein kleiner Kinderspielplatz. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert! 👍🏽 -

Wir waren 2 Wochen in Villa Zanetta und hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und es ist sehr sauber. Vor allem der schön gestaltete Garten mit Pool hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir eine sehr erholsame Zeit hatten. In der Nähe sind reichlich Konobas und auch Supermärkte sind in 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Hervorheben möchten wir, dass die Gastgeber ganz toll waren, immer erreichbar und sehr darauf bedacht, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Das hat unseren Urlaub sehr viel persönlicher gemacht und wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir planen schon unseren nächsten Urlaub nach Kroatien. Wir können Villa Zanetta wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir waren 2 Wochen in Villa Zanetta und hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und es ist sehr sauber. Vor allem der schön gestaltete Garten mit Pool hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir eine sehr erholsame Zeit hatten. In der Nähe sind reichlich Konobas und auch Supermärkte sind in 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Hervorheben möchten wir, dass die Gastgeber ganz toll waren, immer erreichbar und sehr darauf bedacht, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Es war traumhaft schön!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Eigentümer haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und waren auf Wunsch immer erreichbar. Wir fahren seit 7 Jahren nach Kroatien, aber das war das beste Haus, was wir bisher hatten! -

Unser schöner Aufenthalt in Zanetta

Insbesondere hat uns das schöne haus, mit der liebevollen Einrichtung, der Garten und der Pool gefallen. Die Gastgeberin ist wunderbar. Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat es uns an nichts fehlen lassen. Beim Einzug, hatten wir Milch, Obst, Wein und einiges andere vorgefunden. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. In 1 km Entfernung, befindet sich ein sehr gutes Restaurant. In der Nähe einige sehenswerte Städtchen. Getrübt, wurde der Aufenthalt durch den Baulärm der Nachbarn. Leider. Aber das sollte bald Erl. Sein. Alles wurde schon gut gemacht. Danke.

Dort ist eine wunderschöne große Villa die mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet wurde! Wir waren mit 3 Kindern im Alter von 3-6 Jahren anwesend. Die Besitzer sind sehr zuvorkommend. Vor allem hatte unser Sohn bei Abreise, das IPad vergessen und dies wurde uns sogar zu einer Raststation gebracht. In dem Haus steckt sehr viel Liebe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und begeistert und werden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen! Bei Anreise wurden wir sehr herzlichst empfangen.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in einem tollen Ferienhaus. Wir wurden überaus freundlich empfangen und es mangelte an nichts. Ausflüge in die Küstenstädte Rovinj, Porec, Vrsar oder auch Pula sind von Marasi aus gut zu händeln und absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
