It offers space for up to 10 people. The entire property has been stylishly furnished. The main house has 3 en-suite bedrooms. The small villa has 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
The outside area has a large enclosed garden and a large private pool. Here you can sunbathe, relax, have fun and have a great time with your friends and family. Or you can prepare a delicious meal on the grill and drink a glass of good Istrian wine. Villa Zita has WiFi, private parking for 4 cars and offers everything for a pleasant holiday.
These villas are located in a small village just in Pican, in the central part of Istria. Istria is easily accessible and has an excellent, low-traffic road network. The coast with the large tourist centers and Pula Airport are only a few minutes away by car. The nearest beach Plomin Luka is 16km away. The Istrian peninsula “Terra Magic” is located on the Adriatic Sea, the closest warm sea to the heart of Europe. The “Pearl of the Kvarner Bay” belongs to the eastern part of the peninsula. In the western part, the fantastic, medieval Pazin Castle (Kastel) lies 130 m above the cliff where the Pazinčica River flows into the Pazin Pit: this is where the novel Mathias Sandorf by the famous French writer Jules Verne, published in 1885, takes place . Nowadays there is a Jules Verne club in Pazin and “Jules Verne Days” take place every year at the end of June.
