Hi there,<br><br>Welcome to our place.<br>You’ll be welcomed into a spacious, light-filled attic apartment. The living room invites you to relax and unwind. There are plenty of books (travel guides, mystery novels, etc.) and board games available here. The kitchen is fully equipped (except for a microwave and dishwasher) and offers plenty of space for creative cooking. A delicious selection of teas awaits you in the kitchen. A coffee maker is, of course, also available for your use.<br>The bathroom is spacious and also bathed in natural light. A large shower with an instant water heater provides hot water immediately.<br>You can sleep soundly in the spacious bedroom with a large double bed.<br>The apartment has several LAN ports in case you need to work. (approx. 30 Mbps)<br>Two Wi-Fi networks are also available.<br>There are TVs in the living room and bedroom.<br><br>If you want to start your day with plenty of energy, you can simply use the chairs and table in the entryway to enjoy a cozy breakfast.<br><br>Directly across the street is a large forest. From here, you can reach the indescribably beautiful Garrensee in just under 10 minutes on foot. Walking all the way around it is a must :)<br><br>Several lakes and hiking trails are also within walking distance. Ratzeburg is a 5-minute drive away. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Schwerin and Lübeck. You can also reach the Baltic Sea very quickly.<br><br>We’re often out and about ourselves and would be happy to help you with any questions you have about this gorgeous landscape :)<br><br>A little welcome gift is already waiting for you.<br><br>Guest access<br><br>You’ll receive the password for the key locker before your arrival. Check-in is straightforward and easy—if the apartment is ready before 3:00 PM, you’re welcome to enter earlier :)<br><br>The apartment has a security camera in the driveway area of the property.<br><br>Bicycles are available free of charge.
