The “Meeresgrün” vacation rental awaits you on the 3rd floor with a sunny south-facing balcony, lovingly furnished and perfect for two adults and a small child—ideal for a heartwarming getaway.

Here, the morning begins with the aroma of fresh coffee on the balcony, accompanied by a view of the gentle greenery and the chirping of birds. In the evening, the setting sun bathes everything in golden light—a scene straight out of a painting, perfect for romantic moments or simply quiet happiness.

The light-filled living room, with its cozy sofa and two inviting armchairs, is the perfect place to unwind, take a deep breath, and feel at ease.

The small but well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook, laugh, and enjoy time together—at your own pace.

In the bedroom, a spacious double bed (2x 90x200 mattresses) awaits, with a cozy rug underfoot—a space that offers a sense of security and allows you to unwind. Here you can recharge your batteries for new adventures or simply enjoy doing nothing at all.

The bathroom—simple, functional, and unpretentious—offers everything you need for your daily routine.

A private parking space right outside the door ensures a stress-free arrival—no stress, no searching. And as you enjoy the fresh air on the balcony, you might hear the cheerful laughter of children from the nearby mother-and-child clinic—a sound that warms the heart and makes you feel alive.

The “Meeresgrün” vacation rental offers you a welcome break from digital consumption—there’s no Wi-Fi here, so you can focus entirely on relaxation and rejuvenation, far away from the pressure of constant availability. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the authentic feeling of a vacation.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large bath towel, 1 small hand towel, as well as—for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked)—1 bath mat (per bathroom) and 2 dish towels.
The municipal visitor’s fee (tourist tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The visitor’s fee is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.

We are happy to offer you optional additional services such as laundry packages, “Check-in from 1:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m.” or “Check-out by 12:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 a.m.,” and many other services:
