The newly renovated vacation apartment at Rottalblick, with 40 m² of living space, accommodates one to two people. A highlight is the bathrobe—switch back and forth as you please. Our guests have exclusive access to the thermal baths starting at 7:30 a.m. The cozy living and sleeping area, complete with a dining nook and flat-screen TV, invites you to relax. The comfortable double bed, with a view of the balcony and the surrounding greenery, guarantees our guests a restful night’s sleep. The vacation apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, and coffee maker, making it fully stocked. The spacious bathroom, complete with a shower, large mirror, and towel warmer, rounds out the overall experience. Especially in the summer, you can relax on the balcony in the evening. Important transportation hubs, such as Passau Central Station (40 km) and Salzburg Airport (97 km), are also within easy reach. A storage room for e-bikes is available. Located approximately 25 kilometers from Passau, the spa town of Bad Griesbach lies within Lower Bavaria’s “spa triangle.” With its three hot springs reaching temperatures of up to 60°C, Bad Griesbach is renowned far beyond the region’s borders. In addition to the wellness spa with numerous health and relaxation treatments, Bad Griesbach also offers a wide range of recreational activities, ranging from golf, cycling, and an outdoor fitness trail for active vacationers to leisurely excursions and boat cruises for those seeking peace and quiet. Our newly furnished vacation apartment is the perfect starting point for your vacation! Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Please call in advance to make specific arrangements. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of 2.80 EUR per person per day is payable in cash at the tourist information office in Bad Griesbach (approx. 200 m away). An underground parking space can be reserved for 5 EUR per night. Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 80% of the total price. Travel Information The fastest way to reach Bad Griesbach by car is via the A3 Nuremberg–Regensburg–Passau, taking the Pocking exit. Coming from Munich, take the A94 to Bad Griesbach-Therme. If traveling by train, we recommend using Passau Central Station (30 km) or Karpfham Station (5 km). Nearest airports: Salzburg Airport (90 km), Linz Airport (110 km), and Munich Airport (130 km).
