Practical accommodation a few minutes' drive from Strömstad and the west coast

Welcome to the west coast, about 10 minutes drive from Strömstad.



Here you will find this smaller farm with a charming house, a garage and a shed.



The house is a year-round residence, rented out by the owner for holiday guests for a few weeks a year, but used as a permanent residence by the owner and his cat for the rest of the year.

The interior is functional and there are the landlord's personal belongings, which remain in the house when renting. If that doesn't bother you, you can use very inexpensive accommodation for the region to discover the west coast with all its wonderful beaches and excursion destinations.



The house can accommodate up to six people and consists of a charming 1950s kitchen with wood-burning oven, 2 ring bench cooker and combination fridge/freezer. There is also a dining area here. There is a fireplace room with a sofa bed that can be used as a bedroom and the bathroom with a sitz bath, sink and toilet completes the lower floor. There is a bedroom on the upper floor and another room (without a door) with two more beds.



The house stands on a plot of approximately 11 hectares, just 10 minutes from Strömstad, with beautiful swimming spots, a golf course and all services. There is a lake 4 km away where you can also use a rowing boat free of charge.
