Whether you want to enjoy the region’s cultural offerings, get active with activities like paddling, fishing, biking, and hiking, or simply spend a few relaxing hours in the garden.<br>The property is situated on a plot of over 6,000 square meters in an idyllic location on the outskirts of town. The garden features a pavilion, seating areas, and lounge chairs. You can relax in the shade under the trees or enjoy sunbathing in the open space.<br>A bocce court has also been added, where many fun-filled hours have already been spent.<br>A lockable bike shed with free charging for e-bikes, as well as barbecue facilities, are also part of your accommodations.<br>Parking spaces for cars, trailers, or boat trailers are available.<br><br>About your accommodations:<br><br>You’ll find a basement apartment that was extensively renovated and furnished with great care in 2023.<br>The apartment measures 80 square meters and is designed to accommodate 4 people.<br>A separate entrance (with 6 steps down) leads to a spacious hallway from which all rooms branch off.<br>The apartment features two bedrooms. One bedroom has a 180/200 bed, while the other has two 90/200 single beds. There is a beautiful bathroom with a shower. The cozy living and dining area also features a fully equipped kitchenette. All rooms have large windows that let plenty of light into the space.<br><br>A separate laundry room with a washing machine, detergent, drying rack, ironing board, and iron is available for your use.<br><br>Bedding, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price.<br><br>Wi-Fi, satellite TV, internet radio, a game collection, and a safe are also included.<br><br>In addition to the rent, a visitor’s tax applies to guests aged 18 and older.<br>From May 1 to September 30: €2.00 per person per day<br>From October 1 to April 30: €1.00 per person per day<br>You can pay this in cash upon arrival.<br>We live on the property next door and are happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
