Spend your vacation at the completely renovated Haus Sandra vacation home, located on the outskirts of Prien in a small vacation home community. Just a 5-minute walk from the lake and 2.5 km from downtown Prien, this is an ideal starting point for all kinds of activities.

At the heart of this small, beautifully designed cottage is the bright and open living area. Here, you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa in front of the crackling fireplace. The open kitchen with dining area is directly connected to the living area. A special highlight is the large sunroom, where you can relax and unwind. From there, you can step out into the small, well-established garden—where you’re sure to have a wonderful time. Another quiet retreat is the small, open living area with a sofa and TV in the entryway, which can also be separated by sliding doors. The first floor also features a bedroom with a double bed, a hallway, and a modern bathroom with a double sink, a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, and a toilet. A staircase leads from the living area to the sleeping area in the attic, which is also furnished with a double bed—however, due to the sloping ceiling, it is not possible to stand upright here.


This is a non-smoking residence. One dog is welcome for an additional fee of 15 euros per night. Please note that the property is not fenced in, and dogs must be kept on a leash when outdoors. A linen package is provided free of charge for your stay and includes bed linens, 2 dish towels, 1 bath mat, and one shower towel and one regular towel per person.


No traffic noise disturbs the peace here, as the vacation complex’s parking lot is about 30 meters from the house. You can park your car on the unnumbered shoulder of the cul-de-sac. We’d like to highlight the property’s unique location: a quiet setting, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach at Lake Chiemsee, and close to the hospital. In a separate building within the vacation complex, you can use the washing machine and dryer for a coin-operated fee. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
