This apartment in Egmond aan Zee is part of the small-scale apartment complex "Torenlicht" with a total of 6 apartments. Due to their perfect location, almost in the middle of the village and just a few minutes' walk from the beach, these are top apartments for a wonderful stay. Beach, sea, dunes, attractive shops and cozy terraces and restaurants are practically around the corner. It is also special that it is located at the foot of the Speijk lighthouse. Everything is within reach!
 
You gain access to your holiday home "Torenlicht - Zand II" via a shared entrance (own closed front door). The apartment is located directly on the ground floor.
 
The house is suitable for a maximum of 4 people (2 people sleep on the good sofa bed in the living room).
 
Design
 
The living room is spacious, comfortable and neatly furnished. The living room has a laminate floor, a 2-person sofa (also a sofa bed), flat-screen TV and a dining area with 4 chairs.
 
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a 4-burner stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. There is also a washing machine. You reach the patio through the kitchen, where you can relax after a day on holiday!
 
The bedroom has 2 box-spring beds (90x200), bedside tables and a wardrobe.

This apartment has 2 bathrooms. 1 bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The 2nd bathroom has a bath, sink and toilet.
 
Parking
 
Upon arrival you will receive 1 digital "parking permit" for the license plate number you specified (1 car). This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. Due to the new digital parking system, you must provide us with your car registration number before arrival! Please note: paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!
 
A high chair and cot are available as standard. It is a non-smoking home, small pets are allowed after consultation.
 
A storage room for possible bicycles are NOT available. You can store these outside at the front of the house or on your patio (this can only be reached through your home).
 
Apartment "Torenlicht - Zand II" is located in the same apartment complex as holiday home "Torenlicht - Zee II" on the 1st floor, and holiday home "Torenlicht - Zon II" on the 2nd floor. The house directly next to this holiday home is "Torenlicht - Zand I - Zee I and Zon I", which you can also rent from us. These homes are ideal if you are traveling with larger families.
