This large flat is in a quiet location and has a cosy large lounge and a separate kitchen on the ground floor. The 4 comfortable rooms, all with bathroom, toilet and balcony, are on the 1st floor. The owners also live on the ground floor and you share the common corridor to the first floor with the guests of the 2-person flat in the house, but this hardly disturbs your privacy. You won't forget the beautiful view from the balcony!
In summer, this is an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes, and in winter you can reach the Alpbachtal - Wildschönau ski area in just a few minutes. Surrounded by majestic mountain peaks, the Wildschönau reveals picturesque valleys in which traditional villages are scattered like gemstones. Hiking trails meander through blooming meadows and forests. The gentle sound of the mountain streams accompanies you on your journey, while the alpine meadows glow colourful in summer. In winter, the Wildschönau is transformed under a blanket of snow into an enchanted winter landscape with wide slopes and snow-covered forests
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
