This apartment was newly renovated in May 2020; it is located on the first floor, measures approximately 65 m², and accommodates 2 to 4 people.
It consists of a double bedroom facing east, two single bedrooms—one facing east,
and one facing south with a lake view, a shower/toilet, a kitchen-diner with a dishwasher, a dining area, and access to
the sun terrace with its own patio furniture for a cozy stay. South-facing with a lake view.
Flat-screen HD TV and free Wi-Fi.

We are delighted that you would like to spend your vacation with us in Seeboden and thank you for your interest.
All of our apartments are very well and comfortably furnished.
Each apartment features a separate entryway with a coat rack, hot and cold running water, a sitting area, a color TV with Full HD, and free Wi-Fi in every apartment. Dish towels, bath towels, and bed linens are provided and can be replaced upon request.

We are an “Inclusive” establishment. Our guests receive the Millstätter Inclusive Card from us free of charge.
Our house is quietly located near the forest and lake, 300 meters as the crow flies from the lake and the romantic nature park by the lake; only local traffic.
You can park your car directly behind the house in a paved parking lot.

On-site fees: A bread roll delivery service is available, and guests are welcome to use the washing machines. We are an “Inclusive” establishment. Our guests receive the Millstätter Inclusive Card from us free of charge. A lawn for sunbathing, lounge chairs, a sun terrace, garden patio furniture with cushions, and a children’s playground with a ping-pong table, swing, and monkey bars are available. No pets allowed. Additional fees: Tourist tax per night and person aged 17 and older: €2.70; one-time final cleaning fee: €50; electricity charged per kW. According to our own meter: €0.30



Check-in is from 2:00 to 19:02, and check-out is from 10:00 to 10:00.
