The "Mono" apartment features a large living room/bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen, and a dining table, and measures approximately 30 m² with a terrace or balcony. It is also available with a double bed upon request. Single beds are the standard configuration when booking through the system.

On-site costs: All apartments are equipped with a kitchen, dining area, living room, bedrooms or sofa beds as listed in the price list, as well as a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. Each additional person in an apartment in an extra bed: €15 per night. Breakfast must be booked separately: adults €15, children ages 3–7 €7, children ages 8–14 €11. Prices are per person and include breakfast. Surcharge for short stays (up to 2 nights): +20% per night. Final cleaning fee: €70 to €120 (one-time charge), depending on the number of guests and apartment size. Tourist tax: €3 per person per night; children 14 and under are exempt. (always per person per night)



Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:30 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
