The ground floor house is located in the small villa development ‘Giardino Azzurro’ within walking distance of the renowned sandy beach Campus. The villa development consists of around 50 houses, has a private grass soccer pitch and a central parking lot, secured by an electric gate. The beautiful sandy beach is not only known for its white, fine-grained sand, but also for a well-known fish restaurant right on the beach, which you can of course walk to from the house. There is also a well-known pizzeria just 300 meters from the Villetta.
Villa Maria Cristina is entered through an electric gate and is surrounded on three sides by a well-tended garden. The large stone table on the L-shaped terrace is the focal point of the house, with the old olive tree and various flowering plants in the background, where you can enjoy your meals in the pleasant coolness under the thatched roof.
