Welcome to Enclave Villa, a spacious private retreat in Lipa City designed for families and groups of 15 to 20 guests (maximum 30).

• Comfortable entertainment lounge: Gather in the air-conditioned living room for movie nights, conversations, or a round of videoke using the Smart TV and entertainment setup.

• Full-size arcade gaming unit: Bring out everyone’s competitive side with an arcade featuring thousands of games. It is a favorite gathering spot for both younger guests and adults.

• Bonfire area: Slow down after a full day and share stories around the bonfire. Please coordinate with us before use so our team can help you prepare safely.

Guest access and privacy:
• Enclave Villa is situated inside V6M Resort, providing a secure and managed setting. The villa has its own gated area and remains private for your group.
• Please note that the main V6M Resort facilities located outside the villa’s gate, including its separate swimming pools, cottages, guest rooms, and events place, are not included in your reservation.

Good to know before booking:
• Pets are welcome.
• Small celebrations may be considered, but you must inform us and receive approval before booking. Unauthorized events and additional visitors are not permitted.
• Children must be supervised around the pool at all times. No lifeguard is on duty.
