The view from our terrace across the sea, toward Gibraltar and Africa, delights everyone. <br>And watching the sunrise over the sea from bed in the morning is an once-in-a-lifetime experience.<br><br>This charming apartment features a living area with an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, as well as a large terrace with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea and Gibraltar. <br>The apartment is located in beautiful Andalusia in the small village of “La Alcaidesa,” just before Gibraltar on the Costa del Sol. <br>The residential complex where the apartment is located sits above La Alcaidesa and is built on a hillside.<br>The “De Anita” apartment is on the parking level, so there are no stairs to climb. <br>The residential complex is about a 15-minute walk from the beach and features two swimming pools—one of which is for children—as well as a fitness room; parking is also available.<br><br>When you enter the apartment, you’ll find yourself directly in the living/dining room with an open kitchen.<br>A small hallway leads to the two bedrooms (one with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and the other with two single beds, each measuring 100 x 200 cm) and the two bathrooms.<br>From the living room, as well as from the master bedroom, you have access to a large terrace with a stunning view of the sea and Gibraltar.<br>It’s wonderful to spend time on this terrace, whether first thing in the morning for breakfast… sunbathing… with a good book and/or a glass of fine wine… or simply letting your gaze wander.<br><br>Alcaidesa is a small, quiet village—known as an “urbanization”—and a very popular residential area. Down in the village, there are two small squares with a few restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and an ATM. <br>Alcaidesa Beach is very spacious, and depending on the season, various chiringuitos are open.<br><br>Golfers, take note: Among golfers, the Costa del Sol is also known as the Costa del Golf, as there are many golf courses here. The town itself also features a beautiful golf course with two 18-hole courses. <br>Just 5 km away is another golf club (San Roque), which also has two 18-hole courses.<br>Golfers will find many more beautiful courses in the surrounding area.<br><br>The nearby towns offer various tennis courts and, of course, paddle tennis facilities.<br><br>Hikers can explore the many nature parks on well-marked trails. <br><br>Explore the immediate and wider surroundings from Alcaidesa. There’s plenty to see and discover.
