With approximately 130 square meters of living space spread over two levels and a 635-square-meter lot, this detached and fully fenced single-family home offers plenty of space and open areas for the whole family—including children and a dog. The first floor features an open-concept living and dining area, lovingly prepared just for you. A large dining table for 8 people is ready for you to enjoy meals with the whole family or all your friends in a cozy atmosphere.

The high-quality new built-in kitchen is fully equipped. Here, you’ll have everything you need to prepare meals to your heart’s content. An additional Nespresso machine with a milk frother ensures you start your morning off right.

A large and cozy corner couch in the living area is perfect for spending evenings together. Young and old alike can lounge in the additional large Fatboy beanbags. When it’s raining or you’re feeling bored, everyone—young and old—can enjoy a 65-inch TV, a PlayStation 3 (games included), interesting books, or a variety of board games.

The living area also provides access to the south-facing, furnished 35 m² terrace, which is mostly covered and features its own beach chair and beach loungers. A Weber gas grill leaves little to be desired.

A spacious bathroom with a bathtub and one of the four bedrooms are also located on the first floor.

The first floor features three bedrooms, the completely renovated and spacious master bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.

The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a crib, and a 55-inch TV. All other bedrooms each have two single beds (90 x 200 cm), which can, of course, be pushed together. Ample storage space is provided in every room.
