You’ll stay directly across from the beach entrance in a 3-room apartment for up to 5 people, covering approximately 56 m², on the 3rd floor. The apartment is accessible by elevator and is laid out as a charming two-story duplex.
On the lower level, there is a separate bedroom with a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the east-facing balcony—the perfect spot to start your summer mornings. Here you’ll also find the living area with a comfortable sofa set (completely renovated in 2025) and a flat-screen TV, a separate dining area in the sun-drenched bay window, the open kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and the bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The second bedroom, featuring a double bed and a single bed, is located on the upper level and can be reached via a narrow wooden staircase from the living room. The sloping ceilings create an extra cozy atmosphere, and the third single bed is nestled in a small alcove—super cozy and ideal for children. Free Wi-Fi/LAN internet access is, of course, available, and a secure parking space in the underground garage is provided for your car.

Residenz Steinmarne is a vacation apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. It is located right next to the beach, behind the dike and the dunes, on a traffic-calmed street. The complex features 34 vacation apartments for 1–6 people, each with a fully glass-enclosed bay window. An elevator is available only in Building 1, which houses apartments numbered 1.01–1.16. The apartments in Building 2 and Building 3 are located on the second floor at most.
Recreational activities: Children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at the nearby Thalasso Center “ahoi!” in Duhnen.

Parking space in front of the building or in the underground garage, corresponding to the apartment number (maximum clearance height 1.95 m, parking space width 2.40 m – 2.50 m; no entitlement to an alternative parking space)

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.



Check-in is available from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
