Our Mayrhofen apartment building is centrally located in Mayrhofen on a quiet side street. Mayrhofen’s lively pedestrian zone is not far away and, with its many shops, cafés, and restaurants, offers a wide variety of places to stop for a bite to eat after skiing or hiking. 


The Penkenbahn in Mayrhofen’s pedestrian zone is only about 350 m away and takes you quickly up to the Zillertal 3000 ski area. The Ahornbahn is about 600 m away. A ski bus to the Hintertux Glacier departs about 200 m away. Away from the slopes, Mayrhofen offers numerous recreational activities: The indoor water park with a sauna and the Erlebnis-Sennerei in Mayrhofen are not far away.


The modern vacation apartments for 8 and 10 people are spacious. A ski storage room with a ski boot dryer is available to all guests. The apartment building is smoke-free. Unfortunately, dogs must stay at home. There are 2 free parking spaces per vacation apartment at the building. 


Please note: The damage deposit for each apartment must also be paid by bank transfer prior to arrival. Cash payments on site are not accepted.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
