The apartment (non-smoking) No. 3, approx. 66.5 m², is located on the first floor of a 6-family house on a 4,500 m² plot in a secluded location without public and car traffic. The apartment is south-facing and has a bathroom, a darkenable bedroom, an approx. 43 m² living and dining area and a non-visible approx. 20 m² south-facing terrace. There is 1 double bed (size 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a sofa bed (1.80m x 2.00m) available. The mattress of the double bed has hardness levels 2 and 3. The pull-out sofa bed has a high-quality cold foam mattress. The apartment can be occupied by up to 4 people. From the living area and the terrace there is a wide view over the Baltic Sea directly in front of the house. The only sounds are the wind and the sound of the sea. The apartment meets the highest standards in its furnishings. Exquisite building materials and furnishings convey a feeling of enjoyment of luxury. Just as an example, it should be mentioned that the bathroom is equipped with granite washbasin, hair dryer, underfloor heating and towel radiator. In the hallway, living room and bedroom, high-quality Italian lake stone tiles have been laid. The equipment consists of handcrafted solid wood furniture and comfortable beds. The modern, bright kitchen includes an oven with ceramic hob, spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment and dishwasher. The kitchen equipment includes small electrical appliances, toaster, coffee machine, water and egg boiler as well as hand mixer. The dining area is furnished with a solid table made of oiled wild oak and leather rocking chairs in the color mocha. Flat screen TV, Internet connection, Wi-Fi and mini stereo system with USB are available. An original Finnish sauna with modern shower and loungers is available to all guests for a fee. The terrace is equipped with comfortable furniture for enjoying the sun, the nearby sea and a cozy get-together. The parking spaces and a covered bicycle shelter are available free of charge. An approx. 3,000 m² lawn, located next to the house and on the Baltic Sea coast, is available for leisure activities with barbecue area. For our little guests, 1x children's travel bed (without additional mattress, without bed linlet) and 1x high chair are included. 1 pet is a welcome guest for a fee. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 shower towel, 2 small towels, 2 dish towels) can be booked up to 14 days before arrival for an extra charge or supplemented with your own.

In the vicinity, between Thiessow and Lobbe, there is an approximately 5 km long, fine sandy beach, one of the most beautiful Mönchguts. On the coast of Klein Zicker, not far from the customs house, a natural beach allows children to play undisturbed on the shallow water. Dog lovers have the opportunity to exercise their 4-legged darling on the Klein Zickers coast. Passionate anglers chase garfish, herring and flatfish. The most attractive surfing area on Rügen is located off the coast of Klein Zicker. A surf instructor and everything that makes kiting and surfing a great experience is available.
